Corona regulations

From 16.5.2022 the following Corona rules will apply to all trainings.

  • We kindly ask you to make a PCR test before the training.
  • Attendance lists are to be kept in order to be able to trace the chain of contact in case of an infection (responsibility of the trainer).
  • The Vienna Aikikai Union will provide a disinfectant for the trainings. Hands must be disinfected in the hall before training sessions.
  • For trainings in halls, all windows are to be opened when entering the sports facility. The windows remain open until leaving the sports facility (responsibility of the trainer).
  • The general rules of hygiene (washing hands regularly, not putting your hands in your face, coughing or sneezing into the crook of your elbow or handkerchief) must be observed.
  • Persons showing symptoms of illness or subjectively feeling ill are not allowed to participate in the training. The trainer has the right to exclude you from the training in this case.
  • If you are in quarantine, you will of course not be allowed to take part in the training.
  • Please report to the chairman if you fall ill with Covid-19 within 14 days of attending a training session.
  • These rules include those to be defined:
    1. Rules of conduct of athletes, coaches and trainers,
    2. guidelines for training and competition infrastructure,
    3. Hygiene and cleaning plan for infrastructure and material,
    4. Rules for behaviour in the event of a SARS-CoV-2 infection.
